Are you itching to help create a program that is meaningful? Our hospice volunteers need tools they can use when working with patients who are memory impaired. This opportunity is ideal for a research minded individual, a history class or a group that just wants to help.
We are looking for good quality photographs from the 1940's, 50's, and 60's that are iconic for the period. Think Disneyland opening, Elvis, Polaroid Cameras, Slinky toys, the All American Girls Baseball Team etc. The pictures can be emailed and we will print them out for our volunteers to use.
Pictures need to be of good quality, in the public domain, positive in nature, and in jpeg format.
