ORGANIZATION: Holden Arboretum

Adult and student volunteers (age 14 and up) are needed to help make the Arboretum's Annual Spring Plant Sale a blooming success. Event will be held May 17-19. Volunteers may help vendors and customers with purchases, bring purchased plants from vendor booths to the pick-up tent, assist with parking and more.

Volunteer shifts available include:

Friday, May 17, 11am-3pm or 2:30-6:15pm

Saturday May 18, 9:30am-1pm or 12:30-4:30pm

Sunday, May 19, 9:30am-1pm or 12:30-4:30pm

Event is held outdoors rain or shine. All volunteers are provided free parking/admission and complimentary snacks and refreshments. You will have an opportunity to do some shopping too!

Mobility is required for the majority of the positions. Event will be held rain or shine and volunteers should be comfortable working outside (under tents) and plan to dress for the weather.

Volunteers will be sent a waiver & release form to complete and return to the Arboretum volunteer office to confirm sign-up. All volunteers will receive a confirmation letter with instructions and detailed event information prior to arrival. Training will be provided on-site.
