Cleveland Clinic Hospice at Home is seeking volunteers to provide companionship and socialization to patients in Lake County. We serve patients in their homes, skilled nursing facilities and assisted living complexes. Your presence truly makes a difference! All volunteer opportunities at Cleveland Clinic Hospice are designed to allow volunteers to fully utilize their skills and abilities to ensure the most rewarding experience possible.
