VITAS is looking for kind and caring people to help terminally ill patients and their families in light housekeeping assistance. Volunteers can support patients and families by offering to do light dusting, vacuuming, making the bed, washing dishes or a load of laundry. These simple tasks can become difficult for a patient and family at the end-of-life. Providing assistance at crucial time can make a real difference.
