Make a difference in the life of a girl! Build Courage, Confidence and Character for girls of all ages. Become a Girl Scout leader or troop member and use your expertise, skills, interest and life experience as a coach, mentor or advisor. There is a service unit in your area, where ever you are in the 18 counties we serve. Inspire and empower girls in grades kindergarten through high school to have a fun and enriching leadership experience as they reach their personal best. Our girls are striving to make the world a better place. As a leader, you can choose the days to have meetings, how many girls in your troop and the location of your meetings. We have an application process with background check. We have lots of free training opportunities to help you get started. Join Us!

Our program centers on something called the Girl Scout Leadership Experience-a collection of activities and experiences girls have as they earn badges, sell cookies, go on exciting trips, explore the outdoors, do Take Action projects that make a difference and more. The result? A lifetime of leadership!
