American Red Cross of Greater Columbus
Provide 24-hour emergency response to local disasters, particularly house fires, ensuring that those affected have basic necessities such as food, shelter, and clothing.
- Be available to respond during scheduled shifts
- Ensure all clients have food, clothing, shelter and other needed medical items
- Conduct disaster assessments
- Time Commitment: (Flexible) Daytime, M-F, 5 AM to 6 PM. Evenings/Wkends: 6 PM to 5 AM. Minimum two 12-hour shifts per month preferred. Mandatory attendance at monthly DAT meetings, 1st Tuesdays at 6:00 pm. (Modified schedule requirement for students 18 years old or younger and still in high school.)...
