DeKalb County seniors need volunteers to drive them to their medical appointments and provide caring companionship. Volunteers use their own vehicles and notify our office of the days, times, and frequency they are available to drive. Whether you are available once a week or once a month or more, you are needed and appreciated by the seniors! Most of the seniors live in central to south DeKalb County: Decatur, Stone Mountain, Tucker, Lithonia, etc. Our volunteer needs are during daytime hours, Monday through Friday. Learn more at www.icareseniors.org Maybe each member of your Sunday School class could volunteer to drive someone once a month!
