Students going into grades 4-8 are invited to become Junior Volunteers at Naper Settlement. From April through October, Juniors dress in 19th century costume and play 19th century games and other activities.
Training begins with parent/guardian informational meetings on Thursday, Jan. 28 from 7-8:30 PM or Saturday, Jan. 30 from 1-2:30 PM. A parent or guardian of prospective Junior volunteers must attend one of the two meetings.

Description
Naper Settlement is a history museum that serves northeastern Illinois as a unique educational and cultural resource. Through its costumed interpreters and 30 historic buildings located on the 13-acre grounds, history is brought to life with educational and hands-on activities for 150,000 visitors each year.
Naper Settlement is just steps away from downtown Naperville. Open year-round, museum provides fun and interactive learning opportunities for all ages. Become a part of our community as we portray and compare daily life from pioneer to Victorian to modern times.
