Specific Tasks:
Unload and stock food products onto shelves
Unload and stock food products into freezer/refrigerator
Dispose of trash and cardboard boxes as needed
Assist Food Pantry Caseworker as needed
Qualifications:
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to lift minimum of 30 pounds
Positive Attitude
Legible writing
Time Commitment:
Our pantry is open Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., even during the lunch hour. We are in need of volunteers who can commit to working at least one 3-hour shift per week. Volunteers are needed all five days during all open hours, but the greatest need at this time is on Mondays and Fridays.More opportunities with The Salvation Army
