Adams Schoolhous, Easton CT
circa 1850 one-room schoolhouse

The Historical Society of Easton is desperately seeking a generous volunteer to assist our lead teacher with our 3rd grade colonial history program. We do not have enough volutneers to run this program next week. Our assistant teacher fell ill this week and cannot volunteer. We hope that someone will see this message and help us out this year. The program is running this coming Monday June 2, June 4th and June 9th from 9 - 2 PM. This is a fun opportunity for students and volunteers to particpate in an educational program designed for 3rd grade classes. We are in our 9th year. Teaching experience is not necessary. You will be given directions, a curriculum overview and a chance to run through the program in detail with the Education Director.

For more information contact Lisa Burghardt, (203) 581-0850 or email leebee44@gmail.com.
