The Director of Kid Development for STANDUP FOR KIDS will work in cooperation with other members of the leadership team to help homeless and at-risk youth reach their goals through educational development. Specific responsibilities include: *Help kids get on the right track to obtain a high school diploma or GED *Help kids track down their previous school records *Help kids find the right school for them (public, street, alternative), etc.

- The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic team player able to work effectively with both leadership and volunteers. Candidate should have:. Strong leadership ability. Ability to plan and manage work with minimum direction. Superior verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Strong sense of personal integrity.
