ASRA if looking for someone to represent our organization at community outreach events throughout San Diego. Such outreach events include resource fairs, festivals, and other events. This position will significantly impact our programs and organization by helping to recruit potential athletes, volunteers, and sponsors.

Core Programs and Activities
Year-Round Adaptive Sports (YRS)
Year Round league sports programs are offered to people of all ages and include wheelchair basketball, tennis, and sitting volleyball.
Originally just one team, the program has quickly grown to include multiple competitive and recreational levels, including:
- Recreational 12 and under (multi sport clinics)
- Wheelchair basketball (youth and Adult)
- Wheelchair Tennis (adult)
Junior Adaptive Sports Camp
Children, ages 4-18, attend a five-day adaptive sports camp. Campers have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of a number of adaptive sports and further develop their skills. Sports include wheelchair basketball, tennis, archery, swimming, rugby, soccer, handcycling, sailing, water tubing, outrigger canoeing, kayaking and more. The camp’s goal is to help establish the building blocks of an active life through the introduction and skill development of adaptive sports.
