Tennova Hospice is seeking volunteers. Volunteers are an essential part of our hospice team by serving as the extended care to terminally ill patients and their families. There are numerous volunteer roles/opportunities available within our agency. Roles/opportunities include but are not limited to direct patient care, family support, bereavement outreach, community involvement, administrative/clerical assistance, plus many more. Tennessee counties we serve include Montogmery, Houston, Stewart, Cheatham, Dickson, and Robertson. Volunteers must meet and complete all qualifications and personel requirements. Training is provided.

It takes a very special person to be a hospice volunteer. Our agency would be so happy to have you as an integral part of the Gateway Hospice team. Your kindness will touch the lives of many families in a time of great need. Together with the Hospice team you will assist in providing quality care in the home setting allowing the patient to experience their last days in a comfortable and familiar setting, according to their wishes. A relationship of mutual trust and openness often grows and will enrich not only the lives you touch but your own.
