Our tradition is to provide Thanksgiving Groceries to South Bay families in need. This year Community's Child is providing 250 Thanksgiving turkey hampers to low income families in our local community. You can help us by hosting a food drive in your church, work place, service group, or community. We need groups who can collect between 100 - 300 canned goods of one food item on our list of needed foods.
Foods needed: canned corn, canned green beans, canned yams, boxed mashed potatoes, boxed stuffing, canned turkey gravy, canned cranberry sauce, or $25 grocery gift cards.
1. Choose ONE food item your group would like to collect. (example: only collect canned corn)
2. All food is due by Monday, November 16th, 2015 during business hours 10am-4pm.
On Thanksgiving Day, when you sit down with your family to celebrate the bounty in your life, another local family will be Giving Thanks for You!
