Unlocking Futures, Inc. - Youth Are Key (formerly Youth At Risk- Unlocking Futures (YAR) is a not-for-profit, volunteer driven organization committed to transforming the chaotic lives of young people through persistent and compassionate mentoring. Unlocking Futures, Inc. seeks Female Mentors for its one year ?Sweet Teens Program?. Sweet Teens is for girls 12-14 years old and in grades 7 through 9. Unlocking Futures, formally known as Youth at Risk is a not-for-profit, volunteer driven organization committed to transforming the chaotic lives of young people through persistent and compassionate mentoring. Since 1985, Unlocking futures has helped HS students make college an option: we take them from failing grades to passing grades; and/or passing grades to top grades. We give them tools to win in life such as a Goal-directed focus and Shift at-risk behaviors to responsible behaviors
