Sand Harbor
Quiet at the Boat Beach

Join the SAND HARBOR LITTER PATROL to keep Sand Harbor clean every day.

Join park rangers on Friday or Monday mornings (8-10am) during June, July, and August -or- visit the park anytime on your own - to do a little litter patrolling. Give us a couple of hours and we'll give you a relaxing day in the park, on us!

Sand Harbor is one of the most gorgeous beaches at Lake Tahoe. Unfortunately, the popular park is being loved to death. During the peak season months, Sand Harbor is suffering the effects of thousands of careless litter-bugs.

Let's get serious about litter and help out the great outdoors. CAll (775) 831-0494 or email the park for more details.
