You can help motivate students to become lifelong, lovers of reading!
This program targets fifth, seventh and ninth grade boys who are reluctant readers. We need male volunteers to read and discuss selected books with these boys during their lunch hour two times a month. Mentors are encouraged to spend at least two lunch periods a month reading to these students.
Training and books are provided by Polk County Schools.
