The Artspace Collectors Gala is our biggest fundraising event of the year! Join us and help out with a variety of Gala related tasks.
1. Help with guest check in / check out - Must be good working in a fast paced situation. Customer service experience a plus!
2. Help keep the space clean - Help the catering staff collect and dispose of empty bottles, plates, etc. throughout the evening. No experience necessary.
3. Want in be in the heart of the action? Volunteer for the Live Auction. Over 25 works of art will be auctioned off during the live auction.
4. The Silent Auction is the place to work if you want to see the most art! Monitor patrons, answer questions and assist with art pick up at the end of the evening.
5. If helping out behind the scenes appeals to you, join us as an art runner! Bring artwork from the wrapping stations to guest check out.
6. Expert Packager? Help out at the end of the evening with art pickup. Wrap up artwork for guests to take home.
