Job description for praise dancers:
The Praise Dancers are responsible for using rhythmical movement of the limbs, accompanied to sacred music, as an expression of public worship.
Responsibilities
**Be able to perform at the Sunday service.
1) Work with the Minister of Music, and the Pastor in determining goals, leadership, and necessary resources for a dance ministry.
2) Should be able to map out choreography for new songs and performances; choreography should be modest, but uplifting.
3) Should provide encouragement for the dancers by keeping a positive attitude and maintaining a mature Christian perspective.
4) Be able to attend rehearsal to learn and choreograph new performances for new songs.

Boys2MEN-Girls2Women is a non-profit organization developed to serve the community by assisting children from 2 to 18 years of age in becoming productive members of society by instilling positive, spiritual, cultural, educational, vocational and social values.
Description
We as a team penetrates and infiltrates local elementary and secondary schools and unearth children who have Fallen Through the Cracks (FTC). Once FTC children are identified a Boys2MEN/-Girls2Women, Mentoring/Tutoring Club is established on school campus, churches, and community centers, and each FTC child is then incubated, nurtured, tutored and inspired towards greatness.
