OPT and KSMU volunteers are people who help us stay strong - through taking calls from people wanting to make a donation, assisting at special events, and keeping things running smoothly in our offices.
Our telephone volunteers are the first ones our viewers and listeners "meet". It's important to be able to talk comfortably with people who call us and accurately record their contact and donation information. You may also talk to them during our call in shows when they have questions for our on air panels.
We also have a variety of special events throughout the year, as well as things around our offices, that volunteers can be a part of.
