Support a family caregiver by spending time with an older adult who has a chronic illness or disability. You'll provide supervision and socializaiton for the older adult while the caregiver receives a break.
Four hours once a week, every other week or occasionally will help give the caregiver a much needed break. Opportunities located in Dakota County, MN.
