Our office is in need of volunteers to help answer phones. This will allow our staff to better assist patients and families in need. Our office environment is friendly and causal while working on a professional level. Training is provided for the various types of phone calls received. The main role will be directing the caller to the appropriate staff member. Provide help with administrative tasks as time allows.
Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Volunteer schedule is based on your availability. Help in the afternoon is preferred but would also appreciate any assistance during office hours.
