Our Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA) is in need of volunteers for the upcoming tax season. You will be trained and IRS certified to prepare taxes for low-income families in Kern County! The training if FREE! And you will be walking away with a new learned vocation you can then use to earn extra money! Or if you prefer, you can also be an office assistant, a greeter, or a translator. It's a WIN WIN volunteer opportunity! Plus, you make friends AND you will have the oppotunity to win great prizes, such as a TV, tablet, gaming system and so much more!! You may even be eligible to win a trip to Orlando in July 2016! DON'T MISS OUT!
