Goodwill of the Olympics and Rainier Region is about people helping people. Since 1922, we have actively worked to achieve our mission of helping people expand their employment opportunities and occupational capabilities. In that time we have grown to become one of Washington State's largest nonprofit providers of employment and training services for people with disabilities and other barriers to employment.
We believe in the transforming power of work. Employment means more than a paycheck. Employment means self-confidence, independence, and stability. We are committed to helping people perform in a competitive work environment by teaching them the skills and techniques required in today's workforce. Goodwill provides tools for growth and building a future.
