Each volunteer has something to share, whether it’s a smile, a helping hand, or works of support, and your contribution would make a difference in the lives of our residents and staff.
Volunteer Requirements
Applicant must be in overall good health, well groomed, professional, prompt & reliable.
Must complete volunteer application & background check.
Participation in volunteer orientation program.
Ability to respect strict confidentiality.
TB Test required (at no charge) for volunteers on campus longer than 10 days.
Once a year, we invite our volunteers to a special Volunteer Appreciation reception in April as our way of saying "thank you" for their dedicated service.

Description
Established in 1932, the Lutheran Home at Concord Reserve is a Senior Life Community situated on a beautiful 24-acre wooded campus. The campus includes Assisted Living Residences (including Memory Care), Health Center, and Advanced Rehabilitation Services. Our residents enjoy private suites, prepared meals, spiritual services, medication management, and housekeeping. Our Main Street amenities include a Hair Salon, library, Café an 1100-gallon aquarium, Chapel, Main Street Duck Pond & waterfall, and finch aviaries.
