Assist the Executive Director of a domestic violence prevention organiztion with clerical and administrative tasks. We're looking for volunteers with basic MS Word skills and a good telephone manner who are responsible, dependable, and able to guard confidential information. A background check is performed for all volunteers.
Shifts are available Mondays through Thursdays from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Volunteers responding to this announcement should be able to commit to at least one shift of 4 hours per week.
Volunteers who have an interest in nonprofit management are encouraged to apply, as learning opportunities can be added to this position.
This position is based in an Administrative Office, not in the organization's shelter location.
