Guna Foundation, a non-profit production company in Berkeley, CA is looking for a talented volunteer who is flexible, independent and open-minded to join our team. We are a Tibetan Buddhist community offering a unique environment where personal inner inquiry, creativity, cooperation and spiritual values are supported. We work five and a half days a week and volunteers have an opportunity to partake in workshops and retreats. This work is challenging but rewarding; individuals who are responsible and dedicated to hard work and personal development will thrive. Minimum Qualifications Working knowledge of Joomla Working knowledge of HTML Ability to multi-task Good communication skills Willingness to live in a community setting Preferred Qualifications Graphic Design Skills Experience working with a non-profit organization Experience working with Salesforce and Vertical Response Perks Housing in the Berkeley hills Gourmet meals Monthly living allowance Free classes on various aspects of the Buddhism such as Tibetan yoga, meditation, and Buddhist philosophy. **While there are no specific start and end dates, we are seeking a volunteer to commit to a minimum of 6 months.
