Reading Partners connects passionate volunteers with struggling readers to help students strengthen their literacy skills, build confidence, and discover a passion for reading. You can be a mentor, a leader, and an educator with no prior experience in the classroom. We are currently accepting volunteers for Spring Semester 2015! Once you decide to volunteer, our program team will contact you with more information about scheduling an orientation and getting started. Be someone's hero. Over the past decade, volunteers like you have helped more than 12,000 students become excellent readers using a structured, easy-to-use curriculum. Our volunteers become so much more than reading partners. By sharing their knowledge and experience, tutors become mentors, friends, and positive role models in the life of a child. Have fun.
