A busy and detail oriented administrative job that requires the ability to multi-task while keeping organized in an energized environment. Flexibility in moving from one task to another is needed along with basic computer skills and good telephone skills.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Fill-in receptionist responsibilities.
2. Receive membership registrations
3. Assist Troop Leaders & Parents who bring in forms for Membership Registration
4. Verify all information on the Dues Summary and Registration Forms
5. Ensure that receipts are issued properly and in a timely manner
6. Maintain an organized process
7. Do certain look-ups and possibly minor entry on the Computer System as directed
Qualifications Needed:
1. Accept the principles of the Girl Scout Movement and the Promise and the Law.
2. Detail oriented
3. Good organizer
5. Basic Computer skills
