We operate The Glades Area Food Bank that supplies food to several food pantries and soup kitchens in the Glades area. When shipments are received, we need assistance in unpacking, checking in (inventory) items, breaking down boxes, stocking items in a small storage area, and delivery. Heavy lifting is involved.
We often also need assistance with cleaning our office, washing windows, sweeping and mopping the floors, bathrooms, emptying garbage, etc.
