How can you give back to the veterans who have so proudly served our country?
Volunteers are needed to provide transportation to veterans who have appointments at the Winston-Salem VA Clinic, the Salisbury VA Medical Center, the Durham VA Medical Center or to other local medical appointments. Facility vehicle can be used when available.
Volunteers must be 55 years or older to enroll in the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program.
The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program is a Senior Corps program administered by the Corporation for National & Community Service and is sponsored locally by Senior Resources of Guilford.
