Hannah's House is a family center that provides a safe place for children caught in the middle of challenging family life changes - a place where children can come together with their parents in a nurturing, supportive, solution-focused and protective environment. Our menu of services is designed to support parents and children through family challenges.
Housekeeping Volunteers
Keeping it Tidy! Hannah’s House is a high traffic non-profit organization in need of some general housekeeping help. We primarily need vacuuming, dusting, moping, wiping and organizing our facility. Volunteer applicants are required to complete online application and attend a volunteer information interview and if accepted, volunteers should have ability to commit to at least one shift per week for 6 months of volunteer service.

Description
When crisis strikes, Hannah's House assists families to make positive transitions in the family structure. The transitions are caused by: divorce/separation/custody/ visitation disputes; domestic violence; child abuse/neglect; parental substance abuse and mental illness. Hannah's House assists family members through parent and co-parent education, animal-assisted children's groups; facilitated coparenting meetings; anger management classes; and substance abuse evaluations.
