Looking for experienced basketball and/or fitness coaches to work with skilled college-bound inner-city middle and high school students. Detailed understanding of basketball to improve ball handling, passing, shooting, post play etc. or basic fitness in order to improve speed, strength, and overall athleticism.

To elevate the life skills and abilities of inner-city student-athletes in America through mentor-based programs in athletic, academic and social development.
Description
To close the achievement gap by ensuring all of America’s youth have access to highly-effective, nationally-accredited afterschool and summer developmental programs, free of charge.
Our athletic portion teaches sportsmanship, dedication, accountability, hard work and discipline with emphasis on teamwork and being a leader.
Our academic program is focused on college matriculation by daily tutoring from college educated volunteers in all subjects.
The social development focus for our youth starts with goal setting, time management and finance management. These fundamentals will ensure their success in the workforce.
