ORGANIZATION: Seniors' Resource Center

This position will play the critical role of providing training at the beginning and intermediate levels of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to SRC staff members, volunteers, and clients of the Job Training Services program. The Volunteer will also provide training on how to use, "Help", navigate through Windows Explorer, use the Search Feature, and seek answers through MS resources, etc. As the position evolves, we will train the Volunteer(s) on the SRC Database System with the desired outcome that this software system can be added to their training sessions.
