Reporting to the Operations Managers, the Wealth Creation Officers will be expected to:
Consistently follow up with the loans disbursement and recovery.
Handle beneficiaries issues for the program including complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Develop ideas on how to improve Beneficiaries satisfaction through product enhancement and service delivery.
Generate appropriate reports to present to the Operation Manager and the management Team.
Review loan agreements and other documentation to ensure that they are complete
and accurate according to policy.
- Support to implementation micro projects and micro credits within rural settings
- Disburse loans and ensure proper recovery while maintaining a 100% recovery
-Establish projects which the CBOs are willing to implement(in baseline studies, microfinance, SME development.)
- Visiting and training both potential and existing beneficiaries frequently
- Work with Community Based Groups (CBOs), helping them to develop effective business plans, marketing strategies, accounting skills, how to start and manage small businesses amongst other things.
Research funding opportunities that support the development of income generating activities (micro projects) and also that do provide seed capital for micro credits
Write application together with colleagues for submission to researched funding opportunities or carry out online fundraising for this purpose.
- Prepare and provide inputs to consultants/ researchers (international and national)
-Providing up to standard customer care service.
- Present at workshops and seminars
- Performing other duties as may be deemed necessary by the management.
