Be the Wheels! Seniors need rides to their medical appointments and to other important destinations, but often are no longer able to drive themselves.
Can you spare a couple of hours a month to help a Senior get to their doctors appointment? If so, please give us a call! Using your vehicle, you will drive pre-established clients to and from their appointments. Drives are scheduled at least a week in advance, and you as the volunteer can pick and choose when and where you volunteer your time.
Currently there is a tremendous need all throughout the county, but the North Brevard/Titusville area is currently in critical need of drivers. If you'd like to volunteer your time, please give us a call!

The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program of Brevard aims to place seniors in meaningful volunteer positions that benefit our community while offering the volunteers the opportunity to use their skills and remain active and social after retiring.

Make a Difference in Your Community!
The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) provides opportunities for people 55 and over to make a difference in their community through volunteer service. RSVP volunteers contribute anywhere from a few to over forty hours a week, serving through sharing centers, meals on wheels, transportation, United Way, and other nonprofit and public organizations to help meet critical community needs. RSVP offers maximum flexibility and choice to its volunteers. RSVP matches the personal interests and skills of older Americans with opportunities to help solve community problems and offers supplemental insurance while on duty, and on-the-job training from the agency or organization where volunteers are placed.
