Mission Statement

the primary mission of the one step two step operation hope & at risk youth services is, to provide Intervention, diversion, prevention and, pathways to continual educational opportunities to at risk youth and their families. To provide vocational training opportunities to young adults between the ages of 18 and 24 yrs of age regardless of sex or disabilities. It is important that we as counselor's, sociologist, educator's and, therapists acknowledge that the community of at risk youth inclusive of their parents and or guardians experience a significant mismatch between their circumstance, needs and the capacity or willingness of their environment, peers and educational stimulators to accept, accommodate and respond to them in a manner that supports and enables their maximum social,emotional and intellectual growth & development.

giving moral and where possible, financial support to families of gang violence and or domestic violence.

support of community senior citizen and disabled members. at risk youith mentoring, alternative educational programming, vocational training, community revitalazation programs, gang intervention programs, etc.
