Please join us as we celebrate Bankers Life and Casualty Company’s 12th annual Forget Me Not Days fundraiser to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater Illinois Chapter on May 16th and 17th. For this event, volunteers will be provided gardening aprons to wear and canisters to use to collect donations at storefronts and intersections in 68 counties across Illinois. Volunteer opportunities exist for groups as well as interested individuals.

Description
The Alzheimer's Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's care, support, and research. The Illinois Chapter serves 87 counties, with offices in Bloomington, Marion, Chicago, Joliet, Peoria, Quincy, Rockford, and Springfield. Since 1980, the Association has provided reliable information and care consultation; created supportive services for families; increased funding for dementia research; and influenced public policy changes across the state.
