Optum Hospice and Palliative Care is looking for just the right person to support medical records. This requires someone who is organized, pays attention to detail, and can manage paper. This job is VERY important to ensure patient’s charts are accurate and up to date. Confidentiality and reliability are essential. Must have ability to function with minimal supervision once training has been completed. Time commitment of 5-6 hours per week. Hospice is for people with life limiting illness, having been diagnosed with six months or less to live. Join a team of caring people that make a difference in the lives of others on a daily basis.
