We "herd" you need volunteers.
We are wild about animals at the Zoo!

Love animals and theater, but don't want to be in the spot light? Or are you busy and only have a little time to give? Either way this is the match for you! Come be the person running our AV equipment during the show-start the music, cue the TV's and watch the fun happen! Our shows provide a wonderful way to help educate our guests about amazing animals and why the choices we make are important. Three shifts choices of only about an hour make this easy to fit into your schedule and still have a huge impact on conservation education! Plus you get to see the amazing show animals who are not out in the Zoo and can only be seen during the show like our African Hornbilll, red fox, and serval!

About Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens

Location:

1590 Goodlette Rd, Naples, FL 34102, US

Mission Statement

Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens seeks to inspire people of all ages to respect, value and help conserve wildlife and our natural world.

Description

Naples Zoo is a nationally accredited zoo and yet much more than a walk-through zoo. The nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable institution also features a full day of fun activities. The paved path winds nearly a mile past rare and beautiful animals residing within a historic tropical garden of exotic plants first planted in 1919 with a fascinating history.

In this tropical setting, you can take delight at seeing many of your favorite animals like lions, giraffes, monkeys, pythons, and bears. In addition, you'll also discover feature exhibits and an array of more rarely seen creatures like a giant anteater.

Combining conservation and recreation, Naples Zoo offers fun for every generation. You'll also discover a number of ways to get involved in helping animals. The zoo is accredited by the prestigious Association of Zoos and Aquariums and is an institutional member of the American Association of Zoo Keepers.
