Taproot Foundation is looking for Salesforce configuration specialists/architects and Data Analysts to lead pro bono Salesforce implementations for nonprofits.

Salesforce Configuration Specialists Needed

The Configuration Specialist is an expert in Salesforce, responsible for designing and setting up a database that meets a nonprofit’s established business needs. You will work closely with a team to guide a nonprofit in understanding the database and lead an iterative development process in line with their feedback. In doing this work, you will help a nonprofit better manage its donor and constituent tracking, making a huge impact on an organization’s ability to meet its mission and make a difference in the community.

A successful Salesforce Configuration Specialist has a minimum of 3 years of Salesforce development or admin experience. Experience with the Salesforce Nonprofit Starter pack is nice to have.

Data Analysts Needed

The Data Analyst is responsible for assessing a nonprofit’s existing database and working with the Configuration Specialist to design the new Salesforce database. They also define and implement the project's data migration plans.

A successful Data Analyst has 2 years database configuration experience and at least 1 year of experience with Salesforce. Data analysis and data migration experience is required.

For either role, a Service Grant project requires a 3-5 hour commitment each week over the course of approximately 6 months. This opportunity is flexible enough to work around the schedule of a full-time job.
