Food & Kitchen Prep volunteers help to prepare the Daily Bread kitchen for its daily service of up to 500 meals for the community. This role is needed in the morning between 8:30-11:00 a.m., prior to meal time at noon, Monday-Friday, and includes assisting with the preparation of food as well as preparing the kitchen for cooking and serving. Food & Kitchen Prep Assistants may also be able to provide various kitchen support during and after the time of meal service.

This is a perfect volunteer position for someone who enjoys working meticulously and efficiently in a culinary environment. This position takes place in the Daily Bread soup kitchen at the Christian Service Center, 808 W. Central Blvd, Downtown Orlando.
