Hospice Advantage volunteers are a crucial source of encouragement and support to our terminally ill patients and their families. You are the guest they look forward to seeing each visit.
You can lighten someone’s day by
- Visiting a patient with a joke book
- Reading from their favorite book
- Listening to music together
- Looking at pictures and listening to them share memories
- Sitting with a patient so caregivers can get a much needed break
- Sharing your sense of humor and compassion
You can make a significant difference in the final days of a precious person!
