YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN SOMEONE'S LIFE! We are looking for volunteers to visit older adults who have no one in their lives with whom to share time. Volunteers serve an important role to our clients. Volunteers- provide additional companionship to our guardianship clients. Volunteer activities with a client would include (but not limited to): visiting, reading, reminiscing, sharing pictures or vacation memories, playing games, sharing a meal, transportation to a doctor appt, taking client shopping, to a movie, or out for a meal. Volunteers: 1) Visit a minimum of twice a month; 2) Observe and report any personal care and social needs / concerns of the individual to Guardianship Staff; and 3) Submit Monthly Activity Reports timely.Volunteers receive initial and on-going training, and staff support is available around the clock. Our clients need someone who can help ensure that their most basic needs are being met. Our clients need someone like YOU! Background check required. Please include your phone number in your email.
