We are looking for volunteers to assist in facilitating life-skill workshops or working one-on-one with our adult clients around areas such as resume writing, interview skills, basic computer skills, finance such as "Stretching your Dollar" and Menu planning at our family shelter in Redwood City.
IVSN's Life-Skills Volunters play a critical part in helping our families and individuals successfully transition from homelessness to permanent housing.

Description
LifeMoves is the largest provider of homeless shelter and services in Silicon Valley. Our region is known for innovation and prosperity, yet the housing crisis is forcing thousands of our neighbors throughout San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties onto the streets.
This is where LifeMoves gets to work.
With 26 shelter and service sites from Daly City to San José, we give our neighbors experiencing homelessness a temporary place to call home while providing intensive, customized case management through both shelter programs and community outreach.
