The Volunteer Concierge greets and direct visitors and guests, responds to inquiries and answers questions about the History Colorado Center exhibits and other History Colorado Center related topics, engages visitors by providing information about the Rendezvous Caf, the History Colorado Center gift shop, membership and program information, questions about checks out wheelchairs and strollers, Serve as the will-call desk for pre-purchased tickets just to name a few of the things to do. The concierge must be able to sit for 4 hours at a desk and walk business guests to the security area to check in as needed.
