On Saturday, April 6, 2013, from 9 am - noon, volunteers are needed to help with rehabilitating sections of the park's environmental trail and cleaning the Visitor Center picnic area. Those interested need only bring themselves! All tools will be provided, but you may bring gloves if you like. Because of the nature of the work, children should be no younger than 9-10 years old.
If you would like to sign up, please send an email to Benita_Duling@nps.gov with your name, phone number, and the number of participants.
