Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the world’s busiest airport, is seeking volunteers to help welcome and assist visitors. Hartsfield-Jackson Volunteers work in an exciting, fun and diverse atmosphere, and enjoy many incentives.
The Hartsfield-Jackson Volunteer Program has been an integral part of the Department of Aviation since 1996, and provides an invaluable service to our airport community.
Hartsfield-Jackson Volunteers relay information to customers pertaining to every area of the airport.
You can find our volunteers working:
at the Information Desk, extending a warm and friendly hand to airport visitors;
in the transportation mall, directing passengers to their gates;
in the Baggage Claim areas, providing information re: shuttles, taxis, and limos;
and in the International Concourse.
They also help conduct tours, provide escorts, assist in emergency or irregular operations, and participate in special events.
