Capernaum Young Life leaders have the privilege of knowing and sharing their lives with kids and young adults with disabilities. While all Young Life activities are open to every kid, Young Life in several areas around DFW have dedicated programs for kids and young adults with disabilities.
Young Life Capernaum gives young people with mental and physical disabilities the chance to experience fun and adventure, to develop fulfilling friendships and to challenge their limits while building self-esteem through club, camp and other exciting activities. Young Life volunteers model Christ’s unconditional love and acceptance as they walk alongside these young adults -- filling their lives with love and support.

Young Life is a Christian outreach ministry for teenagers. It's about caring adults who build friendships with teenagers by entering their world and modeling trust, respect and responsibility. For more than 70 years, Young Life has been going where kids are, loving them unconditionally, earning the right to be heard and communicating God's love in terms kids can understand.
