We are looking for a new Volunteer Receptionist to join our dedicated team of volunteers! The Ivy Street Front Desk volunteer works a day shift (9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm). Each volunteer is expected to arrive on time and ready to work.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
-Buzz people into the building.
-Greet people as they come in. You are the first person both employees and visitors see when they arrive.
-Call employees when their visitors arrive or if a delivery has arrived for them.
-Help with mailing projects at the request of Guild and Association staff.
